Chuck Roast

- 1 x Boneless Chuck Roast (2-3 lb.)
- 1 pkg. Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, condensed
- 3 can New Potatoes, whole
- 1 x Carrots, cut (.5-1 lb.)
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line a pan with aluminum foil.
Put chuck roast in pan surrounded by potatoes and carrots.
Sprinkle on the dry soup mix and add the can of soup.
Add one can of water.
Crinkle up the foil over the whole thing and leave in oven for 2-3 hours.
